Wilke Service Co. is an owner-operated property-services company. The name on the door is the name on the quote. Kitchen exhaust cleaning, flooring, painting, turnovers, and related property work are quoted from the job in front of us — not from a script.
A rental may need junk removed, carpets cleaned, paint, and flooring repaired before the next tenant moves in. A restaurant may need the exhaust system cleaned and the grease-heavy areas around the kitchen taken care of. A homeowner may need a damaged floor repaired instead of replacing the whole thing — or a TV mounted and furniture assembled after a move.
