Interior of a property being prepared for review — representative photography, not a completed specialty restoration job

Water damage, a damp crawlspace, mold concerns, tear-out, or ceiling problems? Tell us what’s going on.

When you’re not sure who to call

Some property problems touch several trades at once. A leak may lead to drying, drywall, flooring, painting, or mold concerns. A crawlspace problem may involve moisture, insulation, drainage, or structural questions. You don’t have to diagnose the trade yourself. Tell us what you’re seeing. If it’s work Wilke can handle, we’ll tell you. If it needs a specialist, we’ll explain that too. This is not an emergency dispatch line, not an insurance-claim service, and not a list of companies that will all call you.

If it’s work Wilke can handle, we’ll tell you. If it needs a specialist, we’ll explain that too.

Typical situations

  • Water on the floor, wet walls, or rooms that won’t dry
  • Smoke, soot, or damage after a fire — not fire-sprinkler service
  • A crawlspace that smells, holds water, or is missing a vapor barrier
  • Cabinets, flooring, or drywall that need to come out
  • A popcorn ceiling you want gone, or material you don’t want disturbed

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Tell us what’s going on

Send the city, a short description, and photos if you have them. You don’t need to know the exact trade or solution. Don’t enter an unsafe area or disturb suspected material to take photos.

  2. Step 02

We’ll figure out the right next step

We’ll look at what you’re dealing with and determine whether it’s something Wilke can quote directly or whether the job needs a specialist.

  3. Step 03

    You hear back

We’ll follow up about the next step. If a specialist is needed, we’ll ask before sharing your request with an independent provider. Submitting a request is not a contract, and we don’t promise a same-day arrival.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you handle all of this work yourself?

Not every specialty job. Wilke handles the property services that fit our scope. When a job needs a separately qualified specialist, we can review the request and, with your permission, may connect you with one independent provider.

Will you share my information with another company?

Only if the service needs an independent provider and you give us permission first. We don’t blast your details to a list of companies.

Can I send photos?

Yes. Photos often make it much easier to understand the problem before anyone comes out. Don’t enter an unsafe area or disturb suspected material to take them.

What if I don’t know what caused the problem?

You don’t have to diagnose it. Tell us what you’re seeing and where it’s happening.

Can Wilke handle repairs after water or fire damage?

Depending on the condition and scope, Wilke may be able to quote related flooring, painting, cleaning, or finish work after the property is ready for that work.

What if this is an emergency?

If there is an active fire, a gas leak, live electricity, structural collapse, or any immediate danger, leave and call 911 or the utility. This website is not an emergency response line and does not dispatch standing restoration crews.
