It does not cover taking out load-bearing walls, tearing down a building, disconnecting live utilities, fire-suppression equipment, hazardous materials, asbestos, lead, regulated waste, underground tanks, or structural engineering. If the house is older and you think the material might be hazardous, leave it alone and use the asbestos page. Do not collect a sample to send with this form.
