What we look at

You don’t have to guess whether a floor needs cleaning, a repair, a refinish, or a replacement. Send photos of what you have. We’ll tell you what’s worth saving and quote the work that actually fits — installation, repair, cleaning, or restoration.

One request for the floor you have, not a push to tear everything out.

Typical flooring jobs

  • A room, a staircase, or a whole-house install
  • Rental units that need the floor put back in service
  • Restaurants, offices, and stores that have to stay open

How a job usually goes

  1. Step 01

    Show us the floor

What it is, what’s wrong, and whether the space is lived in or empty.

  2. Step 02

We’ll say what actually makes sense

Repair when it will hold up. Replace when it won’t. Cleaning or refinishing when that’s the better path.

  3. Step 03

    Schedule the work

We confirm the work and the price before work starts.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you always repair instead of replace?

No. Burns, pet damage, cupping, and failed subfloors sometimes make replacement the honest option. We’ll quote a repair when it will last, and say so when it won’t.

Do you sell the flooring?

Sometimes. You can provide the material, or we can include it when that’s cleaner. It depends on the job.

Do you work in occupied homes and businesses?

Yes. Lived-in spaces take more protection and a slower plan. Empty properties can often move faster.
