What’s involved
Refinishing is often the better alternative to replacement. Full sand-and-finish, stain changes, screen-and-recoat, and buff-and-recoat are different jobs with different dust, downtime, and results. Damaged-board replacement and patching are quoted when the field can be saved. We do not promise that every worn floor can be refinished.

Common questions
Is a recoat enough, or do I need a full sand?
If the finish is worn through, stained into the wood, or deeply scratched, a recoat will not hide it. Photos and a site visit decide.
How long before we can walk on it?
It depends on the finish system and the weather. The quote will state a conservative return-to-use window instead of a marketing promise.
