Hardwood Installation

Nail-down, glue-down, and floating engineered hardwood installation with prep and trim.

What’s involved

Solid and engineered hardwood are not installed the same way. Nail-down, glue-down, and floating engineered installs are matched to the product, the subfloor, and the room’s moisture conditions. Existing-floor removal, acclimation, and trim are settled before a start date is set.

Why people book this

  • Method matched to the species and product, not a single default
  • Prep and moisture-barrier work written into the quote
  • Fits new construction, remodels, and vacant property resets

FAQ

Common questions

Can every hardwood product be nailed down?

No. Engineered thickness, subfloor type, and below-grade rooms change the method. The quote will name the method we intend to use.
