FAQ
Common questions
Straight answers about what we do, where we work, and how quoting works.
FAQ
Company
What kind of work do you do?
Flooring and carpet, painting and finishes, commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, exterior washing, property cleanouts and turnovers, commercial floor care, deeper residential cleaning jobs, and mounting or assembly work. Call for one service, or combine related work when it makes sense.
Do you work on homes and businesses?
Yes. Homeowners, landlords, restaurants, offices, churches, and property managers all come through the same company. Kitchen exhaust work is for commercial kitchens. Small setup jobs travel a shorter distance than larger property projects.
Where do you work?
Throughout South Carolina. Larger jobs, commercial kitchen exhaust, property projects, and multi-location accounts may also take us into North Carolina and nearby states. Send the city with your request and we’ll tell you if we can get there.
Do you list prices online?
No. Every job is different. Photos, the address, and a short description are enough to start a quote.
Do you handle licensed trade work?
We stay within the services we advertise. If something needs a separately licensed trade or falls outside what we do, we’ll tell you rather than pretend otherwise.
FAQ
Commercial
Can you walk the site before quoting?
Yes. For restaurants, offices, churches, and multi-building properties, a walk-through is often the best way to quote. Photos can get it started when access is tight.
Can you work after we close?
Often, yes. Tell us when the building is free and we’ll try to work around your hours.
Can one request cover several locations?
Yes. Note how many locations you have. Each site may still need its own look, but you don’t have to start over for every address.
FAQ
Residential
Is this weekly house cleaning?
No. This is the deeper work — carpets, grout, dryer vents, move-out cleaning, floors, painting, exterior washing, and setup — not a recurring maid service.
Can I send photos instead of waiting for a visit?
Please do. A few photos of the floor, stain, siding, or room usually get a quote moving faster.
Do you work in occupied homes?
Yes. Occupied jobs take a little more care and a realistic room-by-room plan. Vacant homes can often move faster.
FAQ
Flooring & Carpet
Can you always repair instead of replace?
No. Burns, pet damage, cupping, and failed subfloors sometimes make replacement the honest option. We’ll quote a repair when it will last, and say so when it won’t.
Do you sell the flooring?
Sometimes. You can provide the material, or we can include it when that’s cleaner. It depends on the job.
Do you work in occupied homes and businesses?
Yes. Lived-in spaces take more protection and a slower plan. Empty properties can often move faster.
FAQ
Painting & Finishes
Do you paint cabinets?
Yes. Cabinet painting is quoted from the material, the number of doors and drawers, and whether the work can be done on site. Send photos of the cabinets and we’ll tell you what we can do.
Do you repair large drywall damage?
Minor patching associated with painting is included when it’s part of the finish. Large reconstruction is a different trade.
Can you paint while people are living there?
Yes. Occupied work takes more protection and a room-by-room plan.
FAQ
Kitchen Exhaust & Restaurant Services
What’s included in a hood cleaning?
The accessible exhaust path: hood, plenum, duct, fan, filters, and rooftop grease we can reach. We’ll tell you if something can’t be accessed until hardware is added.
Can you work after we close?
That’s the usual window. Tell us when the line is down and how we get in.
Do you install hinge kits and grease pads?
Yes. Fan hinge kits, safety cables, grease-containment pads, and filter swaps can be quoted with the cleaning.
Is fire-suppression work included?
No. We clean the exhaust path and handle access hardware. Fire-system inspection and service stays with that contractor.
FAQ
Exterior Cleaning
Do you wash roofs?
Roof washing is quoted for the right surfaces. It’s cleaning, not a leak repair or a roofing warranty.
Can you clean a shopping center or restaurant exterior?
Yes. Storefronts, sidewalks, drive-thru lanes, dumpster pads, and loading areas are regular commercial quotes.
Will you repair my roof or gutters?
No. We clean. Repair and installation are a different job.
FAQ
Property Turnover & Cleanouts
What should I send so you can quote a unit?
Address, bedroom count, photos of the worst rooms, how much debris is left, and the date you need it ready.
Can flooring be included?
Yes. Carpet cleaning or repair, hardwood work, LVP, or tile and grout can go on the same request.
Do you take eviction or hoarding cleanouts?
Volume and condition are quoted from photos or a walk-through. Heavy biohazard and regulated remediation are not offered.
FAQ
Commercial Specialty Cleaning
Do you staff nightly janitorial crews?
This is specialty and floor-care work, quoted by project or route — not a nightly staffing contract.
Can you cover multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-site work is quoted. Coverage is not assumed for every city we mention.
Can you work after closing?
Yes. Tell us when the building is free.
FAQ
Residential Specialty Cleaning
Is this weekly house cleaning?
No. We don’t offer recurring maid service. This is specialty cleaning and restoration work.
Can you remove every pet stain?
Some stains and odors improve. Some are in the pad or subfloor. We’ll treat what we can and tell you when replacement is the better path.
Do you clean occupied homes?
Yes. Occupied work needs more protection and a realistic room-by-room plan.
FAQ
Mounting, Assembly & Property Setup
Do you install new electrical outlets for a TV?
No. Surface-mounted cable concealment is fine. New outlets, in-wall power, and wiring stay with an electrician.
Can you assemble furniture if I don’t have the instructions?
Usually, if the parts are complete. Missing hardware or damaged pieces get called out instead of forced.
Will you come for one picture?
Small one-off hanging is quoted from the city and the rest of the list. Travel range depends on the overall project.
Need a number for your property?
Send the form with photos. Quotes are written from the job — not guessed on this page.
