Wilke works with independent contractors and provider companies. This is not a job posting and not an offer of employment.
Wilke reviews applications. Approval to apply further is not a guarantee of work, earnings, or ongoing assignments.
Qualification is separate
Providers may qualify for different services. Some work is regulated and needs the right credentials — checking a box is not enough.
If invited, you complete your profile and service interests. Jobs appear only when Wilke assigns them. Availability is not nationwide and volume is not promised.
How it works

Step 1
Tell us about yourself or your company
Name, contact, service area, and the kinds of work you want to perform.
Step 2
Wilke reviews the application
An owner reviews what you submitted. Application approval is not service qualification.
Step 3
Invitation and profile
If approved, Wilke prepares a provider record and invites you through the existing provider sign-in. You then complete equipment, credentials, and service interests.
Step 4
Assigned work only
Work appears in the provider workspace only when Wilke assigns a job. There is no self-dispatch.

Clean it, repair it, restore it, or replace it. Carpet, LVP, hardwood, tile, and commercial floor care.
Painting & Finishes
Fresh walls, cleaner lines, and a property that feels finished — interiors, exteriors, turnovers, and wood staining.
Kitchen Exhaust & Restaurant Services
Restaurant hood and exhaust cleaning, fan access, grease containment, and the greasy kitchen and dining-room work around the line.
Exterior Cleaning
House washing, concrete, storefronts, dumpster areas, gutters, windows, decks, and fences — cleaned the right way for the surface.
Property Turnover & Cleanouts
Rental make-ready, estate and eviction cleanouts, move-out cleaning, and the flooring or carpet work needed to put the property back in service.
Commercial Specialty Cleaning
Recurring carpet and floor care, restaurant and church cleaning, post-construction, dumpster-pad routes, and storefront glass — quoted around your hours.
Residential Specialty Cleaning
Carpet, upholstery, odor treatment, tile and grout, dryer vents, windows, and move-out or vacant-home deep cleaning.
Mounting, Assembly & Property Setup
TVs, furniture, shelves, mirrors, curtain rods, office furniture, and the other items that still need to be put together or mounted after a move, turnover, or delivery.
