Dealing With Fire or Smoke Damage?
Smoke, soot, leftover water, or rooms that need attention after a fire? Tell us what happened. We’ll help figure out the next step and whether restoration needs a specialist.
We’ll say what Wilke can handle
If there is an active fire or immediate danger, leave the area and call 911. This website is not an emergency response line.
What’s going on
Smoke, soot, water used during firefighting, and damaged rooms after a fire — tell us what you’re seeing and whether the fire department has cleared the building. If there is an active fire or immediate danger, leave and call 911. This page is for later questions about the property, not fire-suppression service. Kitchen exhaust cleaning is a separate Wilke service and is not fire-damage restoration. If a restoration specialist is needed, we’ll ask before sharing your information. Painting, flooring, or cleaning is quoted only when the property is actually ready for that work. Wilke does not inspect, repair, or certify fire sprinklers or suppression systems, does not investigate fires, and does not run smoke-remediation crews.
Why people land here

FAQ
Common questions
Is this the same as kitchen exhaust cleaning?
No. Restaurant hood cleaning is a different Wilke service. This page is for fire or smoke damage to a property, not a scheduled hood clean.
Do you inspect fire sprinklers or suppression systems?
No. That work stays with a fire-protection contractor.
Will you handle the insurance claim?
No. Wilke is not a public adjuster and does not represent insurance claims.
