Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning
Hood, plenum, duct, fan, filter, and rooftop grease cleaning with service documentation.
What’s involved
We clean the exhaust path we can get to: hoods, plenums, ducts, fans, fan bases, filters, and rooftop grease. Recurring visits can be quoted when you want them on the calendar. We document the work. Fire-system inspection and service is a different trade.

FAQ
Common questions
Does this include the fire system?
No. Fusible links, tanks, nozzles, and other fire-protection devices are not part of this service.
How often should a kitchen be cleaned?
It depends on how hard the kitchen runs and what your insurer wants. We’ll quote a schedule. We won’t invent a required interval.
