Residential Specialty Cleaning

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Residential dryer-vent cleaning as a specialty service, including during turnovers.

What’s involved

We clean accessible residential dryer vents — the lint path from the dryer to the exterior hood — on its own or during a turnover. This is not HVAC service, gas-line work, or a fire inspection, and it is not a promise that every vent can be reached. Roof runs, crushed pipe, concealed commercial ducts, and vents we cannot access from the living space or a reachable exterior hood may need another trade. If photos show a simple house run, we can usually quote from that. If the path is unknown, we will say so before work starts.

Why people book this

  • Simple add-on to move-out or specialty cleaning
  • Quoted for houses and many rental units
  • Accessible residential vents only

FAQ

Common questions

Do you clean every type of vent?

Accessible residential dryer vents. Roof runs, concealed commercial ducts, and damaged pipe are quoted only if we can actually reach them.

Will this fix a slow-drying or overheating dryer?

A packed vent is a common cause. If the dryer itself, the gas line, or the appliance vent collar is the problem, that is outside this service.

Can this be added to a rental turnover?

Yes, when the vent is accessible. Restricted or damaged runs are quoted separately or declined.
