FAQ
Common questions
What’s included in a hood cleaning?
The accessible exhaust path: hood, plenum, duct, fan, filters, and rooftop grease we can reach. We’ll tell you if something can’t be accessed until hardware is added.
Can you work after we close?
That’s the usual window. Tell us when the line is down and how we get in.
Do you install hinge kits and grease pads?
Yes. Fan hinge kits, safety cables, grease-containment pads, and filter swaps can be quoted with the cleaning.
Is fire-suppression work included?
No. We clean the exhaust path and handle access hardware. Fire-system inspection and service stays with that contractor.
